Lead artist Peter Barber made sure Liam’s likeness was spot on and the mural quickly became a Manchester landmark, as fans admired the incredible detail. All over social media, people made references to the singer ‘taking over’ the city. The mural was also featured in the Manchester Evening News, and Stone Island shared the video on their TikTok – racking up 287k views and counting. A true Wonderwall moment, this project cemented Liam’s legacy right outside his favourite club’s home.
